Dual expertise
First half of my experience (15 years) was dedicated to engineering activities, innovation and international program management towards Electromobility and Electronics control systems for commercial vehicles and off-highway machines in a Tier1 mid size supplier environment. That was a unique opportunity to acquire technical skills like Vehicle control (VCUs ), telematic and connectivity ecosystems, displays and user interfaces (HMIs), Software and vehicle architectures including cost reduction programs. Common factors were around Real-time operation, Functional safety, Harsh environment and Cybersecurity features.
2nd half (15 years+ as well) was dedicated to Strategy, Business Development, sales and marketing activities with various management positions in both mid size and large automotive global Tier1 organisation. It leads to many interaction across several continents with global OEMs for Truck, Bus, railway and off-highway machinery . It includes creation and lead of a Business unit with P&L responsability but also involvement into one M&A and VDD process. Fantastic opportunity to acquire skills around global strategy, global customer relationship, Financial assessments, global matrix organisation, Multi-cultural and international team approach, sustainability.
